“Excellent service and prices. I went in thinkg i was going to cheat the dealership and get some front brakes. Im thinkg its been bout 2yrs which was still early, but hey my brakes squealing and im pushing the pedal to the floor. They give me a good deal and when they go to the brakes they ask who did them and showed me the cheap quality, the looseness from improper adjustments and shotty materials making the brakes incapable of supportg the weight of my truck, Silverado. I immediately called Dealership and find out they did the brakes 1year and a few days before and i paid 800+. They used the excuse warranty out and had me come to reevaluate. Basically i said i bout truck brand new in '12 and idc what they did i should bever had to come and get new brakes when the original brakes lasted least 5yrs and for $800 why isnt there ceramic brakes at that. Basically from now on E1 will be servicing my car needs. Next day i had them do my struts, soder both headlight beams wires and new connectors since Autozone snatched wires from connectors tryg to put in a bulb. And E1 order a new alarm key button and programmed it. They did my inspection. Im ridin legal, safe, improved and satisfied. I dont mean to sound corny and dont do reviews often but i am sincerely relieved and satisfied about the pricing, workmanship, professionalism and knowledge. I will be tellin everybody and reccommend them.”

“To Mr. Earnest / Adam and the entire staff at E1 Auto Care, I really don't know where to start, but other than to say that this shop is a Gem hands down by far. Mr Earnest / Adam and the Team took care of me very well every single time without question on the 2 occasions that my 03 Expedition needed repairs they quoted just what it needed and if any other damage was found they swiftly brought that to the front for me make a sound decision on repair or not, the under the hood damage that was done they "FIXED" not "PATCH" the first repair that was needed and on the Second repair they totally "FIXED" not "PATCH" the front end suspension from damage caused. I have had nothing but good results from this Shop it is the best out here and they are making waves to keep each and every customer satisfied at least for me that's been my experience and I know for a fact that will continue to be my experience as long as I need an Auto Care Shop. I appreciate them for working with me on my payment towards the repairs they went above and beyond to ensure that whatever I needed they were there for me in regards including giving me a spare tire for "FREE" from the damage that was done to my rim, there's nothing negative that I can say or would say. Repairs and services we do with parts we supply are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on parts and labor. Oil changes, inspections and other basic upkeep aren't covered. If something we fixed isn't right, bring it back.
