“My VW Jetta 2014 was burning oil, I noticed resistance with the steering, and the check engine light had come on. I went here and Tony was the one that took care of me. He clearly explained everything he found that was wrong and explained how much everything would be. He had great communication skills which is rare for people working in auto shops. He ordered all new parts and did the labor all in one day. It’s been a couple of days since and my car is driving smoother than butter. I will definitely be going back.”

“I took my 2010 Tundra to E1 Auto for a check engine light .They told me that the air pump was out and was a very costly fix($ 3000.00). I knew my truck was out of warranty but the guys there at E1knew there was an enhanced warranty by Toyota for this problem. (150,000 miles / 10 yrs) They did not have to tell me this and I would have gone ahead and paid the $3000.00.They even found the closest Toyota Dealership that would handle the warranty issue without any problem.Thank you E1 for your honesty .By the way , this was not the first or last time I will use them!”
Repairs and services we do with parts we supply are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on parts and labor. Oil changes, inspections and other basic upkeep aren't covered. If something we fixed isn't right, bring it back.
