“I took my car another shop and was told that I needed 4 repairs and was given an estimate of $1,500. I took the car into E1 Auto to get a second estimate for the repairs. E1 did two of the repairs (brake pads and a tie rod) for about half the price, and then told me that the other two repairs were not needed. Repairs and services we do with parts we supply are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on parts and labor. Oil changes, inspections and other basic upkeep aren't covered. If something we fixed isn't right, bring it back.
