“Man I swear these guys are just pros, like the ones you see on TV they are more knowledgeable and understanding than you can imagine, they’re patient and they Do NOT cut corners, they explain to me everything the car needs, down to the smallest detail to make sure you understand what’s going on, they know most of the codes by heart, which is honestly genius level lol, Its not that I just recommend taking your car to them to get repaired, I recommend taking it to them just so the team can look at it and make sure everything is ok. “Brought in a recently purchased BMW X3 to this AMAZING team to get a full run down of the vehicle. I cannot express it enough when I say they went above and beyond. Chris who inspected and worked on the vehicle was very educated on BMW’s and it being my first I had no knowledge of the car whatsoever. He walked me step by step through the physical inspection and pointed out what was wrong as well as gave me an explanation as to why the parts needed to be replaced. (Which is rare with any automotive garage) then proceeded to check the codes while I was with him that way I could see for myself... so once we found the issues he didn’t insist on me making any extra BS repairs that weren’t needed at the time. So from this point we proceeded with the repair. Which was at an amazing price for the work done. I left my vehicle in his hands and he took the time to sent me images as he repaired the vehicle. He had everything wrapped up within a day as promised as well as went back over the repairs and showed me first hand. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Dallas! THANK YOU E1AUTO CARE!!”

“I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have found my new go-to shop! They are honest and straight forward, but will give you recommendations in their expert opinion to help you make your own decision about how to care for your vehicle! Information is key and they always keep me updated with friendly phone calls to let me know how this are progressing! Quotes are broken down to individual parts and labor so you know what your paying for and not just some blanket price! Everyone has that family member that knows about cars and gives you unbiased diagnostics, well I can tell you that these guys will be that relative to you! Come see them for all your auto care needs! I will keep coming back for sure if Persephone(my car) gets any more work done!”
Repairs and services we do with parts we supply are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on parts and labor. Oil changes, inspections and other basic upkeep aren't covered. If something we fixed isn't right, bring it back.
