Is my appointment booked when I send the form?

Not yet. The form sends a request for the day and time you picked and holds your place while we review it. We call you during business hours to confirm the time, then send the confirmation by email. If you need an answer right away, call (817) 652-2690.

How soon can I come in?

Requests open from the next business day, up to about a month out. For same-day help, call us at (817) 652-2690 and we'll tell you how soon we can look at the car.

What if none of the times work for me?

Pick the closest one and add a note, or call (817) 652-2690. We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and can often work around your schedule.
