Is my appointment booked when I send the form?

Yes. The hour you pick is held for you. You get a confirmation email with the day, the time and directions. If it doesn't show up, check your spam folder or call (817) 652-2690.

How soon can I come in?

Online booking opens from the next business day, up to about a month out. For same-day help, call us at (817) 652-2690 and we'll tell you how soon we can look at the car.

What if none of the times work for me?

Accepted Answer

Pick the closest one and add a note, or call (817) 652-2690. We're open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and can often work around your schedule.

How do I change or cancel my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Use the Change or cancel button in your confirmation email to move or cancel it online, up to 2 hours before your appointment. After that, call us at (817) 652-2690 during business hours or reply to your confirmation email. No button, or no email? Call us and we'll move it or cancel it for you.

I booked through another site or app. Am I confirmed?
