"Best experience I've ever had at a auto repair shop. No headache what do ever. Went in knowing that I was needing an engine. Manager Adam gave me a price no one else was able to beat! Then the assistant manager Andres kept me updated every step of the way with phone calls and pictures of the process happening. When I picked up my vehicle, he showed me the new engine parts they also installed new on the engine. They even washed the car with NOT ONE grease stain in the interior. I'm in complete shock at the service I received from this business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"Integrity. That's the word that I would use to describe E1. After a very costly nightmare situation that we had with my wife's car, that I won't go into detail on, E1 took it in and diagnosed it correctly. Then they fixed it on the first try, and the car ran great afterwards! They keep you informed of every step, and they stand by their word. "I took my car to another shop and was told I needed 4 repairs for $1,500. E1 did two repairs (brake pads and a tie rod) for about half the price, and told me the other two repairs were not needed. They walked me out to show me everything. I have found my go-to shop!"

"When I'd dropped my car off for A/C issues, they immediately moved with a sense of urgency to advise, diagnose and repair my system. Adam took the initiative to consult with his Master technicians for advice on certain complex matters with the system and even pursued research at home on his own time to find a solution. Amazing!!! I received two followup calls over the next few days checking to see if my A/C was still working fine."

"I cannot say enough good things about this shop. I do all my own work and don't trust other shops to touch my car. I had an electrical issue with my Pontiac that caused a no start condition and left me stranded. I brought it here and they spent a lot of time tracking it down and ultimately got it fixed (bad ignition harness). Andres, Ernest, and Chris were very patient with me. "Brought in my BMW X3 and this AMAZING team went above and beyond! Chris was very educated on BMW's. He walked me step by step through the physical inspection and pointed out what was wrong. They didn't insist on extra BS repairs that weren't needed. He sent me images as he repaired the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!"
