“What Can I say about this crew!?Best experience I've ever had at a auto repair shop. No headache what do ever. Went in knowing that I was needing an engine. Manager Adam gave me a price no one else was able to beat! Then the assistant manager Andres kept me updated every step of the way with phone calls and pictures of the process happening. Called me the minute it was ready. Andres even stayed late til I was able to get there ( almost an hour after they closed ) showed me the new engine parts they also installed new on the engine they even washed the car and NOT ONE grease stain in the interior. I'm in complete shock I recommend everyone in the DFW come to this shop!!”

“Time-and-time again I’ve found myself a victim of extortion, poor service and customer service when it came to seeking a European auto care facility in the DFW Metroplex.Since retiring from the US Army in 2009, I have found and left many facilities due to the lack of trust, honesty and ethics. But fortunately I didn’t give up as I’ve finally found a place where the facility is headed by fantastic leadership, provides only the highest quality in terms of customer service and satisfaction, parts, competent techs, and fair pricing…. E1 Auto CareEarnest and Adam were extremely sympathetic to my needs and very polite and professional day one. “This was my second visit and just as the first visit, it went smooth.*Tony & Andres* are the reason I give it a 5 star!! They greeted me upon walking in. Very professional! Answered every question I had and made sure I understood was going to be done to my vehicle. Tony was very patient with me because I'm a dummy when it comes to caring and maintaining my vehicle.*Gave me the best deal that he could.*And for it to be a auto shop, the waiting area and restroom were CLEAN!!! with no kind of bad smell of urine. “Brought in a recently purchased BMW X3 to this AMAZING team to get a full run down of the vehicle. I cannot express it enough when I say they went above and beyond. Chris who inspected and worked on the vehicle was very educated on BMW’s and it being my first I had no knowledge of the car whatsoever. He walked me step by step through the physical inspection and pointed out what was wrong as well as gave me an explanation as to why the parts needed to be replaced. (Which is rare with any automotive garage) then proceeded to check the codes while I was with him that way I could see for myself... so once we found the issues he didn’t insist on me making any extra BS repairs that weren’t needed at the time. So from this point we proceeded with the repair. Which was at an amazing price for the work done. I left my vehicle in his hands and he took the time to sent me images as he repaired the vehicle. He had everything wrapped up within a day as promised as well as went back over the repairs and showed me first hand. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in Dallas! THANK YOU E1AUTO CARE!!”
