“Man I swear these guys are just pros, like the ones you see on TV they are more knowledgeable and understanding than you can imagine, they’re patient and they Do NOT cut corners, they explain to me everything the car needs, down to the smallest detail to make sure you understand what’s going on, they know most of the codes by heart, which is honestly genius level lol, Its not that I just recommend taking your car to them to get repaired, I recommend taking it to them just so the team can look at it and make sure everything is ok. “Called around a few different places before I landed here. Needed lifters and rocker arms for my Challenger. Scheduled an appointment Wednesday. Not even a full day later, they called and said the repair was done. JIFFY LUBE stripped my oil plug, but E1 took it off and replaced it no charge. And at E1, someone is always available to speak on the phone. That's the reason I didn't go to a Dodge dealership for the repair. I could never get those guys to return a call and I would hate for them to have my car for a week and I can't get in touch with anyone for an update. Anyways, E1 is my go-to from now on. Knowledgeable team, friendly, and A1 service. You can't ask for much more.”
Repairs and services we do with parts we supply are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on parts and labor. Oil changes, inspections and other basic upkeep aren't covered. If something we fixed isn't right, bring it back.
