I had an electrical issue with my Pontiac that caused a no start condition and left me stranded. “I recently had a great experience with E1 Auto regarding an electrical issue with my Honda Accord. From the moment I walked in, Adam was welcoming and attentive. He really took his time to understand the problem and assured me he would do his best to diagnose and fix it quickly.I dropped off my car at 8 AM on Friday, and I was pleasantly surprised when they called me by 2 PM to let me know it was ready. “What a great customer service. Fair price my car it was at NTB and they trying to charge me over $1400 for an alternator and I took it to E1 and they save me so much money. I will tell all my friends and family to come to E1. Great job guys”
Repairs and services we do with parts we supply are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on parts and labor. Oil changes, inspections and other basic upkeep aren't covered. If something we fixed isn't right, bring it back.
