Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the E1 Auto Care & Body Repair website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
E1 Auto Care & Body Repair provides auto repair and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and are performed by qualified technicians. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided are based on initial inspection and are subject to change if additional repairs are discovered. We will contact you for approval before performing any work beyond the original estimate. Final pricing may vary based on parts availability and actual labor required.
Warranty
We provide a 12 months or 12,000 miles warranty on major repairs as specified in your service invoice. This warranty covers parts and labor for the specific repairs performed. Normal wear and tear, abuse, or damage caused by external factors are not covered.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and offer financing options. A service charge may be applied to overdue accounts.
Vehicle Storage
Vehicles left at our facility for service are stored at the owner's risk. While we take reasonable precautions, we are not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of personal items left in vehicles. Vehicles not picked up within 30 days of service completion may be subject to storage fees.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services performed. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost wages, rental car expenses, or other indirect costs unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
